Through short stories, novels, nonfiction, and poetry, National Book Award–honored authors Kali Fajardo-Anstine (Sabrina & Corina, 2019 Fiction Finalist) and Clint Smith (How the Word is Passed: A Reckoning with the History of Slavery Across America, 2021 Nonfiction Longlist) depict intergenerational stories of Indigenous, Latinx, and Black Americans. Join the authors for a conversation on the convergences and divergences of re-writing shared memory across genres.
