Leroy Smith, MEd, is the founder and CEO of Realized Curriculum Solutions, partnering with educational organizations to design accessible, culturally responsive curricula. With over a decade of experience as a special education teacher and leader, he has improved academic and social-emotional outcomes for Black and Brown students with learning differences. A 2019 Georgetown M3I Fellow, Leroy integrates culturally responsive practices into curriculum design and consults nationally to support equitable, inclusive education.
