Teri Lesesne is a professor in the Department of Library Science at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where she teaches courses in literature for children and young adults. A former middle school English teacher, Teri is the Executive Director of ALAN, the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents of the National Council of Teachers of English.
