NBA on Campus

Connecting college communities across the country with National Book Award authors

John Lewis signing books at NBA on Campus at Sam Houston State University

NBA on Campus brings some of the nation’s best authors to campuses across the country to share conversations, master classes, and a love of reading.

Established in 2005 in partnership with Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, NBA on Campus brings National Book Award Winners and Finalists to colleges and universities for two days of public events and master classes with students as a way to strengthen the university community’s connection to great, contemporary American literature.

In addition to the program at Concordia College, NBA on Campus has expanded to partner with Amherst College in Amherst, MA; Rollins College in Winter Park, FL; and Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

For more details about NBA on Campus, or to inquire about bringing the program to your college or university, email Whitney Hu, Director of Public Programs, at whu@nationalbook.org.
